As a Community Friend, you will become part of the national science, technology, and innovation policy network in Canada. Community Friends are important as they help to build national science and innovation policy dialogue and spread the word about CSPC 2018.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN BECOMING A CSPC COMMUNITY FRIEND?

As a Community Friend, you can help us promote awareness and attendance to CSPC 2018 by publicizing in any of the following ways:

  • Include CSPC announcements in your newsletter;

  • Circulate CSPC relevant news to your listserve;

  • Promote CSPC through your social media channels;

  • Include a link to CSPC on your website;

  • Donate advertising space to CSPC.

The content of the conference is dependent on engagement of the science policy community and we would appreciate your support, and as a Community Friend, we would ask that you circulate our call for proposals and occasional community announcements around your organization and network.

BENEFITS OF BECOMING A CSPC COMMUNITY FRIEND:

All Community Friends benefit from supporting CSPC by highlighting the profiles of their organizations among the science and innovation policy community and the public. Community Friends will be acknowledged on the CSPC website and in the printed conference proceedings. Furthermore, the?CSPC Community News Page?will publish news from your organization including: events and conferences, announcements, reports, opinion pieces, job openings and other related information. Not to mention that becoming a CSPC Community Friend is a great way to network with other organizations with interest and stake in science policy in Canada.
